Participants feedback on tailoring and soap making project supported by the TIKA

Feedback from project participants on successfully completing a Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) funded project, implemented by Women for Change (WFC) in South Sudan on tailoring and soap making. The project was aimed at empowering one hundred women at Gudele, Juba intentionally to help them to improve their economic status. The project provided training to women in tailoring and soap making and it covered the basics of both trades, as well as business management skills. The women had also been given sewing machines and other equipment to help them start their own businesses.
