Whistleblowing Notice

Women For Change (WFC) is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and honesty. We expect the same level of ethical behavior from all employees, volunteers, implementing partners, suppliers, and contractors.
If you have concerns or suspicions about any wrongdoing, unethical practices, or criminal acts involving any employee or volunteer of WFC, its implementing partners, suppliers, or contractors, please report them promptly.
We take all information seriously and will handle it confidentially, in accordance with best practices and applicable laws.
While there is no exhaustive list of what constitutes wrongdoing, examples of concerns you should report include, but are not limited to:

• Criminal offenses such as fraud or theft
• Abuse or exploitation of a child or vulnerable adult
• Engagement in or facilitation of human trafficking
• Failure to comply with regulatory or legal obligations
• Misuse of position or authority to abuse or victimize others
• Risks to individual health and safety
• Bribery or corruption (e.g., accepting incentives for awarding business)
• False accounting, reporting, or auditing irregularities
• Breaches of internal policies and procedures
• Other workplace risks or dangers (e.g., breaches of IT security)
• Behavior not aligned with WFC’s expected policies
• Any other criminal or illegal activity that has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur
• Attempts to conceal any of the above matters

How to Report

To report any concerns or allegations regarding the conduct of a WFC staff member, representative, supplier, contractor, or implementing partner, please use one of the following methods:

• In person or in writing to a member of WFC management, or through standard complaint procedures (line manager, project manager, suggestion box, etc.).
