Women For Change is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and communities in South Sudan through education, leadership development, economic empowerment, and advocacy programs. Since our founding in 2010, we have worked to create sustainable change by investing in women as catalysts for community transformation.

We offer four core programs: Education & Scholarships for girls and women, Leadership Development training, Economic Empowerment through business skills and micro-loans, and Advocacy & Awareness programs focused on women's rights and community health.

Program lengths vary by type. Our leadership workshops typically run 3-5 days, while economic empowerment programs include 8 weeks of training followed by ongoing mentorship. Scholarship programs support women throughout their entire educational journey, from primary school through vocational training.

You can make a secure donation through our website via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. We also accept checks by mail and can arrange for recurring monthly donations. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

There are several ways to get involved! You can volunteer your time and skills, make a donation to support our programs, sponsor a woman's education or business training, or partner with us to bring our programs to new communities. Visit our "Get Involved" page to learn more about current opportunities.

Our programs are designed primarily for women and girls in South Sudan, with a focus on those facing economic hardship, limited access to education, or other barriers to empowerment. Specific eligibility requirements vary by program and are listed on each program's detail page.

We currently operate in multiple regions across South Sudan, including Juba, Wau, and rural communities in Central Equatoria state. We're working to expand our reach to more communities based on need and available resources.
